Further to obtaining planning permission for our extension, I would like to thank you for all the guidance and advice you provided, the commissioning of the necessary surveys, the management of the submission and ongoing communications with the designated Planning Officer.

It was especially helpful to have a sounding board when we thought there may have been an onerous condition and also to have introductions to a range of helpful building contractors.

I hope the works proceed as smoothly, we start on site next Monday.
