Thank you so much for all your help in getting us through to planning approval. We really can’t thank you enough. From our very first enquiry, you were quick to respond and clear about what the process would involve and what we could expect at each stage. Throughout, you did exactly what you said you would, exactly when you said you’d do it — which, as anyone who’s been through this process will know, is not something to take for granted!

We were delighted with the designs you put together, which captured exactly what we were hoping to achieve. You were endlessly patient in answering our questions and revising things when we changed our minds along the way. Introducing us to a number of builders was also hugely valuable, and we’re very happy with the firm we’ve now chosen to work with.

Achieving planning approval without any complications is a real testament to your knowledge and expertise, and we’re delighted with the outcome. So thank you again, Simon and Lorraine.
